We’re looking for a skilled, analytical marketer who loves digital and brings great energy to the team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing paid media campaigns across
  • Setting up and managing event tracking (GTM/GA4)
  • Analysing and reporting on campaign performance
  • Conducting audits to identify opportunities to improve ROI
  • Managing and optimising SEO activity, including on-page improvements, keyword research and technical checks
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Managing website content via WordPress
  • Assisting with proposals, pitches and research

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC/SEO
  • Proven track record of managing paid media campaigns
  • Experience conducting digital marketing audits
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of Digital industry products & services
  • Experience working in an agency environment, managing multiple clients and priorities
  • Must have native or near-native fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related field

  • Event & conversion tracking implementation (GTM/GA4/Ad Platforms)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • WordPress
  • HubSpot
  • CRMs
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Data Studio
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
  • Canva
